Refund & Return Policy

This Refund Policy explains when returns, replacements, store support, and refunds may be available for purchases made through Inexa Nepal.
1. Return Window
Eligible return requests must be initiated within 3 calendar days of delivery unless a different period is clearly stated on the product page or order confirmation.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
- Wrong model, storage, or item delivered
- Undisclosed defect present at delivery
- Device condition materially different from the listing
- IMEI or lock-status issue not disclosed in the listing
- Physical damage caused during delivery transit
3. Not Eligible for Return
- Physical or liquid damage after delivery
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, pressure, or third-party repair
- Change-of-mind returns after successful delivery unless explicitly approved
- Requests raised after the stated return window
- Missing accessories or altered device condition compared with delivery state
