We may cancel or refuse an order if a product becomes unavailable, pricing is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or required verification cannot be completed. Approved refunds for unavailable or cancelled paid orders are processed through the original payment method where applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Warranty and Support

Where trade-in or seller tools are available, quoted values are estimates until physical inspection or final verification is complete. We may reject or revise a quote if the submitted device does not match the description provided.

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, interfere with store operations, submit fraudulent orders, or use the service for unlawful activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
